These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Porter Pixel Shoot mobile application (the "Application" or "Game") offered by Dinh Ngoc Vung (iOS) and Up 9 studio (Android) (together, the "Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Porter Pixel Shoot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Use of the Application
The Application is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law)
- Use cheats, bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software
- Exploit bugs or abuse in-app systems for unfair advantage
- Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
3. Account and Device
Use of the Application may be tied to your device or platform account (e.g. Apple ID, Google account). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. We are not liable for loss or misuse of progress or data due to lost devices or unauthorized access.
4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
The Application may offer in-app purchases (e.g. virtual currency, items, or subscriptions). All sales are final unless otherwise required by the platform (e.g. Apple or Google) or by law. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Application. Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by the platform (App Store or Google Play) in accordance with their policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Application in a respectful and lawful manner. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or abusive behavior.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials in the Application are owned by the Service Provider or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use or inability to use the Application. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the amount permitted by law, whichever is less.
9. Changes to the Application and Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time. We may also change these Terms. We will indicate the effective date of the latest Terms on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Application may use or link to third-party services (e.g. analytics, advertising, social networks). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Application shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
